Maybe do a part of the website that has a “Play Offline” mode so that the user can download games online than when the internet goes there’s a page where you can play the games. Or with the builder (edit) mode, you can save the game offline then the next time the user is online it has the option to publish it online and save it online. I think that would maybe help.
