Changing the picture of pickups only affects some of the pickups

If we are placing some pickups and change their appearance afterwards, only the visible pickups will be affected by the change. With bigger levels the currently invisible items of that level won’t be changed by this, unless we restart the game or at least switch to another level and switch back afterwards.
