Do not delete tiles when a drag operation is active

Since we have no undo, deletion is a pretty dangerous operation. A little trick to prevent unwanted deletions is to only delete, if the mouse has not been moved in the meantime when we release the left mouse button. A mouse move with a pressed mouse button actually is a drag operation. A tile should not be deleted, if a drag operation is active.
