I think they’re referring to that they can’t add in Vietnamese characters, FedoraKid. Sorry about that, Smile! We’re aware of that and hopefully more languages will be supported in future updates.

Ok, but I did know that one time I used google translate and it translated the entire page to Spanish or something. I just right-clicked and it said  translate to English then a little window popped up and I could translate to any language. I forgot that until now.
