I’m curious how you did it, because I may have a similar question. I found some workarounds but it’s not what I’m looking for exactly.
I’m trying to have a situation where a character pops up out of nowhere after hero receives a token. I am able to accomplish so far by having an invisible object and then token changes appearance of invisible object to something visible but this has its own problems. It can’t move, the character sprites walks in place, can be walked through etc.
What I need is a way for a legitimate character object to appear on a blank space that the hero was previously able to walk over.
I’m trying to figure out how the whole active / inactive thing works so maybe related to that?
