    I don’t know if this has already been requested, but just like swing weapon, you can either press the spacebar or the letter “M” to attack. It would be nice if we could do the same with opening and closing inventory. Maybe “E” or “Esc” since a lot of games have that. It would be a nice feature.

    Yes. “ESC” is not possible because that is also used to exit fullscreen. “I” seems fine for inventory.
