You awake to find yourself in a humble treehouse in a quaint forrest village. You have no memories from before you woke, but you know right away that this land is unfamiliar... You soon discover that the God's of this land have trapped you here as a part of an ancient contingency, and a desperate bargain. The deal is simple: Save their world, and you get to go home. Explore verdant forests, towering mountains, vast lakes, arid Deserts and more on your quest to save this world, and return to your own. Adventure awaits, huzzah!
Beautiful scenery and great use of a variety of mechanics, overall a very well crafted game, nice work! Not to mention the lovely dungeon designs and puzzles and the subtle Zelda references. I look forward to playing any games you may put out in the future!
Very excellent game, adventures make one late for supper indeed. Decided to play this after seeing how long Macmor’s playthrough video was! Entirely worth it. The underwater areas looks superb, too, I’ve never seen the tiles used for underwater areas before. Can you not actually show the tablet to the Gerud- ah, the red-haired lady near the prison? 🙂 A few things not implemented: the happy heart in the top corner of the desert, the underground area in the naga’s cave, Greyspire Mountain is mistakenly called Flying Fortress after getting the Stone of Air, and the location signs.
SO the flying fortress is the floating areas on top of the mountain, and ill have to go back and edit the underwater access in Naga’s cave. Forgot about that and it never came up in playtesting and I didn’t realize until I watched Mac’s vid. I didn’t realize the happy heart in the desert though I’ll have to get that fixed, thanks for playing and thanks a lot for the great feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the game. Thanks for appreciating the underwater areas, I was so proud of them and nobody else really mentioned it.
Geru-what r u tawking bout. Enitre origin game no copy of nuthing wut u mean gerud u akoozing me of something?!
Yeah you can’t show it to her. Maybe I could add that but, I wasn’t sure what to have her give you if you did. I think it would just be dialogue where she says “Oh, that’s it? I could have sworn there was ancient knowledge..” or something to that effect.
But its kindof like in Ocarina where Nabooru asked you to give her the silver gauntlets when you find them-you can’t ACTUALLY give them to her, the game won’t let you. This is justified by a cutscene where she’s kidnapped and i guess i left something like that out.
This game is amazing, I love everything about it. Also, I found a happy heart that gave you the default Hello Hi in Ahken desert, is that intentional?
It was not intentional, there’s that and a few other things i should probably edit
