Protected: Rest In Pieces
It's in the middle of summer, the birds are chirping, animals are peacefully sleeping, the sun is shining beautifully in the sky and everyone is suffering.
2023, August, Tuesday The 8th and it's already the third heatwave of the month. As stated before, everyone is suffering through this but we can't focus on everyone, now can we? Our story begins with a young woman named Gabriella.
She is trying her best to not straight up fucking die, with four different fans, half the windows in her house open, a shirt with no sleeves and some sweatshorts and her door open. Having your door open whilst on the very verge of passing out seems pretty dangerous, right? Well for her, not necessarily.
She lives in a small town in Texas called Black Hollows. As threatening as the name may seem, she knows she's damn near pretty safe. She made if not friends, at least allies with everyone, and the crime rate is especially low due to there always being at least 10 people patrolling the entire neighborhood, day, night, noon, doesn't matter.
...But there had been an urban legend floating around that the grim reaper himself haunted Black Hollows and it's said if you're past 10:00-10:50pm and you do a special ritual, you can summon him, no one actually knew where it came from because no one was actually all that superstitious.
