El juego consiste en que nuestro Hero tiene que ir preguntando a los diferentes habitantes del pueblo que hay que hacer para evitar contagiarse de la COVID. A medida que vaya acertando, cada personaje le va air dirigiendo a otro para ir obteniendo más información. En algún momento nuestro Hero tendrá que enfrentrarse a la COVID para poder seguir avanzando en el juego.

El juego transcurre en una granja como escenario principal y trata sobre un niño que tiene que ir preguntando a distintos personajes para poder encontrar a los animales perdidos por el bosque. Pues para él es importante poder rescatar a las cabras perdidas y devolverlas a su dueño, que es su vecino de al lado de su granja. Al final, logra rescatarlas con éxito.
